Course structure

We begin by learning how to identify the energetic resonance of an essential oil - how to sense, understand, and select oils based on their energetic signature rather than solely on their chemical composition.

Participants are then introduced to five key essential oil blends, each designed to support and balance one of the Five Elements. These blends provide a practical foundation for daily treatments.

The course then moves into commonly encountered clinical themes, including:

• Female hormonal and menstrual challenges
• Stress and nervous system overload
• Learning difficulties and concentration problems
• High blood pressure
• Weakened immune system
• Chronic fatigue and low vitality

For each condition, we work with:

• Specific reflex zones
• Carefully selected essential oils
