Training week in Playa de Aro, Spain, from the 20th. September 27th, 2026.
The price for students is 990 € each—Apartment: 2 students in 1 apartment or family in the same apartment, max three persons.
Included bus transport from Barcelona: Meeting point EURO HOTEL, LOPE DE VEGA 4, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, to Playa de Aro. The bus will depart from the hotel in Barcelona to Playa de Aro:
The 20th of Sep at 2.00 pm.
Return to Barcelona on the 27th of September at 1.00 pm to the same Meeting point hotel.
Apartment for two or a single room
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included for every student. In addition, all five workshops and hands-on training during the whole week.
The price for family/friends is 690€ each
Included Apartment (2 persons in 1 apartment)
Single apartment additional payment: 250,00 €
Children up to 2 years old do not pay. For children from 3 to 12, half price.
5 Certificated Workshops included printed course materials:
Workshop 1-2. Mother & Baby before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after birth
An intensive course combining Reflex & Thermie therapy to support women before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after birth. Includes detox preparation, pregnancy treatment methods, and safe 5 5-element techniques for postpartum mother and baby care.
Workshop 3. Brain Stimulation Through the Ear
Auricular Neuro-Reflex Therapy – A direct pathway to the brain.
Workshop 4. Natural Cholesterol Balance with Facial, Hand & Foot Reflex Therapy - A holistic approach to supporting the body’s own regulation.
Workshop 5. Japanese Lifting & Thermie Therapy – Refinement & Advanced Combinations.
All students of the international institutions are welcome to participate in the Training Week.
Training week is an event where Lone Sorensen offers news and demands in five short workshops.
During the Training week, all students strengthen their manual techniques.
Training week is for new and "old" students who might be curious to know more and share with more experienced students.
The Workshops take place in the morning. After lunch, students from all countries train hands-on together and exchange experiences.

I have had the immense pleasure of participating in Lone Sorensen´s International Training Week 2017 in Playa de Aro, Spain; a unique experience that allowed me to share the same passion with people from different countries and languages.
As a professional, an enrichment through the different techniques of Lone as well as the knowledge of other therapies, thanks to the spaces provided to other professionals who work with health.
As an instructor, an exciting experience to share with instructors from around the world.
And as a person, living the warmth of the great family of the International Institute of Reflex Therapy, has made those days the warmest memory I have and the motor that drives me to continue growing with them.
I thank life for this opportunity and I hope to repeat it very soon.
